Terms of Payment :
- 100% by an Irrevocable, unconditional, at sight L/ C fully amount against all document presentation.
- LC opened by 25 Top Prime Bank
- Drawn able possible by negotiation between Buyer & Seller

Conditions :
- Packaging : Loose – bulk
- Inspection : SGS reports
- Delivery Schedule, will be arranged later on Contract
- Loading rate : 8.000 MT/ Day

Procedure :
1. Buyer send LOI including bank details.
2. Seller send FCO and Draft Contract
3. Sign Contract
4. Buyer open Non-Operative LC Within 7 Days of Contract signing.
5. The Buyer can request to send representative to Visit Yard if desired.
6. LC become Operative
7. Shipments Commence
